I LOVE Trader Joes!! They have a yummy salmon with cous-cous on top (in the meat section) and the frozen cioppino (fish stew) is one of my favorite meals.
They have really good prices on everyday items too.
One more vote for the orange chicken!! Oh, and my absolute favorite from there is the Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Add some crushed garlic, black pepper and grated parm cheese....rediculous. We have that and a grilled cheese probably once a week!
Burgundy marinated lamb tips, found in the meat section all ready to cook
Buy a red bell pepper, a green bell pepper, portabello mushrooms slices and grill/sear all three in a pan/on the grill.
Serve with Israeli couscous (takes 10 minutes to cook) found in the grains/rice section. Spice it up with raisins, toasted pine nuts and sprinkle of curry.

Frozen tortellini - they have spinach & artichoke ones (that even DH will eat!) and also some with gorgonzola cheese & walnuts. If you have some butter and balsamic vinegar, you can make an easy rich sauce to put on top of those. Just brown 2 tsp of butter for each person (margarine won't work very well), then take it off the heat and add the same amount of balsamic vinegar for each person. Then just put the cooked tortellini or other pasta in the sauce and stir it around. Very easy! You can also add pepper and minced garlic if you want. This has become one of our favorite dishes and is a much-welcome change from regular spaghetti.
Re: Trader Joes- What should I get for dinner??
