Anyone playing in the snow with DC today?

We took DD out before for like 10 minutes this morning...pulled her in a box because I never thought about getting her a sled! She LOVED it!! She cried when we brought her back inside! I think we're going back out in bit! Anyone else?

A box?  That's BRILLIANT!!!  I told DH we have to get a sled today, since we could get between 4-12 inches of snow.

We tried.  She looked at me like, "Um... Yeah... And?" with this look on her face that kind of resembled that look cats get that's like "Your stupidity confounds me.  Jerk."  Then she cried at we went inside.

That box thing is a really good idea, though.  We'll have to try that in a bit...

All we had was ice this morning   We skated our way too church! Now it's sunny out and I'm baking cookies.....That sounds like fun with the box!  I keep meaning to get DD some kind of sled

I would love to, but it is too cold.  Hopefully on Christmas day it is suppose to be above zero.  I want her to go sliding down the snow drifts.

More like play in the frozen mud... I just wish it would snow here - it's about 15 degrees with 0 windchill and only gray skies. We got almost 2" of rain on Friday and if it had been colder, we would have gotten over 18" of snow.

I was really hoping to take DD sled riding today (we have so much snow), but it's -9 out right now.  With the windchill it feels like -26 (or so says the weatherman, I personally don't want to know what -26 feels like).

I really hope it warms up a bit this week so we can go out and play!

Yes..we had DD out for a bit this morning.  DH found a great sled at Target for her.  She loved it!
