I have a general question. Do grandparents have any "legal rights" pertaining to visitation of a grandchild? My thought is no but I just wanted to ask. Also, what legal recources are there to mandate someone to stay away from you or your child? Other than a restraining order.
TIA.
Re: Anyone here a probate attorney?
I'm not an attorney, but I think it varies for each State. Your best bet would probably be to call someone in your area to make sure you get the specifics. I work for an attorney, but we do not focus on that type of law.
Good luck to you.
