How come MY line doesn't scratch off?

I posted a few days ago about still having my stomach-line 9 mos pp, and so many people said they scratched theirs off--so there I was, scratching away with my loofah and apricot scrub...and nuthin'!  All I got was another bright red streak down my stomach from all the scrubbing.  And when that faded, yep, there was my trusty black line. I swear it was mocking me in the mirror!

mine faded on its own, but it was light to begin with

Its really funny that you just wrote this. I read those posts the other day so tonight in the shower i tried my new and very abrasive scrub and I had the same result as you.....nothing. Its still there.

Mine didn't scratch off either. It's much much lighter than it was, but it faded on its own.

Mine wouldn't scratch off, but I put lotion on it after a shower and rubbed it slowly but pretty hard with a washcloth, and I would see brown on the cloth.  I only did it every once in a while and after a few weeks, it was very light.  Mine was really dark to begin with though!

yep I tried this to and mine didn't scratch off either. It did eventually fade away on its own.?
