Nope - it just started within the past 20 minutes. The schools in Boston were closed all day, and Brookline schools (where we are) got out at noon. DH's downtown office is basically closed today as well.

DH called me about half an hour ago and said that his company was closing and they were getting sent home, but that it wasn't snowing downtown.

It's not snowing here south of the city either...but, sounds like it will be here VERY soon!!

I'm in Brookline too and saw your post, looked out the window and, sure enough, it has started. Please don't let it be 11 inches.

I wouldn't be surprised if you do get 11 inches.  It has been snowing here since 9am and hasn't let up, it looks like it is getting worse.  I think we already got almost a foot!  Yikes!!!!!
