I packed mine with freezer gel packs and sealed it all really well. It was very expensive to pack and to ship so if you're charging for shipping you may want to get the supplies and weigh the package before trying to quote a price.
I had a payment sent to my paypal account prior to delivery.
I asked for confirmation of receipt and followed her cycle with her via e-mail just because I was so excited for her!
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Just echoing the pp's. I received donated follistim for our IVF cycle and the fantastic girl just overnighted it through FedEx. It was summer so she included an ice pack thing just in case.
After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!

You don't have to pack it in ice - it only needs to stay under 70-ish degrees. This time of year that's easy - just ship it over night.
I would do all $$ via paypal because it's instant - and I would want $ before I shipped.

Ditto the PPs - just ship it overnight, no ice required.
Mine was donated to me (THANK YOU GRETCHEN!) and soon I hope to pass the rest of the leftovers on!
