How to add siggy pic???

I'm still relatively new here and I've tried EVERYTHING to add a pic to my siggy but can not figure it out!!!! If someone could help me out with this it would be awesome!

    go to tinypic.com, upload a pic c/p the link for HTML for website, the on the top of "the bump" clikc on "my bump" then on my profile then c/p the link to your signature at the bottom
