Hi just wondering how you didn't pay shipping? ?Also I looked on ebay and only saw the race car one to bid on. ?Then under that I saw the police one but you can't bid on it. ?You can only do the pay now feature. ?How did you find the police one to bid on it?

    He didn't cut the shipping completely.  He cut it from I think $15 to $10.  Sorry if I wasn't clear.  I just meant to ask if he could cut the price on shipping- he was very nice and seemed willing to negotiate.

     I had bid on one police car and lost the bidding war and then he e-mailed me.  He said I should bid on the racecar one and he would substitute it with the police car one.  So maybe he would do the same thing for you.
