I overstimmed from injectables and it appeared after my BFP. My ovaries were huge and painful (ended up in ER). Discomfort lasted through 11-12 weeks as my dr. projected.
I had mild OHSS - they came very close to not allowing me to push forward with a fresh transfer but decided to allow it at the last minute. I got my first BFP ever that cycle.
I wasn't really that uncomfortable, so I know it was REALLY mild. They're just anal about it over here.
I got it the day after the ER. It looked like I was 12 weeks pregnant and I was so constipated and couldn't get comfortable. I went in for an u/s to see if I needed to be drained and the Dr. who saw me said that if they drain they will not do the ET! I almost died so I went home, drank a ton of water (some say to ealt salty foods, My Dr.s said no salt) and had the ET on day 6. The OHSS remained and was very painful until after I did get my BFP.
