Where do I find the icons to put in siggys that a lot of you lovely ladies have?

You mean the little square thingies? The bump was calling them "badges" but now I can't find them anywhere. Here's a link to the tickers:

?I think the bages used to be under "tools" up in the brown part of the page heading, but maybe I just am forgetting.?
