Sinupret for Kids?

Hi ladies-

So DD has had this cough for nearly a month at night, and originally - it was very wet and rattly (which was good, because it was moving things around) - but last night it started sounding like that croupy dry cough...  we're heading into the pedi tomorrow am if it happens again tonight (and we're doing the steaming, head elevation, cool air, things ) - but I got a bottle of this Sinupret for Kids and wondered if any of you have used it?
