still has loose poops

Dd had the flu last week.  She was throwing up and had bad diapers.  Dh and I also got sick.  We were back to work and feeling better w/in 24 hours.  It has been a week and dd still has yucky diapers and no appetite.  She doesn't have a fever and is still nursing and drinking water/juice regularly.  When will she be back to normal?
