I have been doing WW now since September and my 10% goal was 15lbs. I am down 10 lbs and getting discouraged that it is not happening faster. And I am not good or very on top of tracking points. I am thinking my money would be better spent with my gym membership and doing that more than WW. I eat pretty good and I understand the program and can follow it even if I am not going to the meetings but add in my gym on top of eating better. I just can't afford both gym and WW.
Re: Thinking of quiting WW
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
I completely understand. Lately I do not track my points either. I eat the same things for B-fast and lunch and dinner I have whatever, I just try to stay with good portion control. I think I could 100% do it without paying for it or going to the meetings. I do like the weighing in there though. It gives me something to work toward. (I do weigh in everyday at home though)
As you know, I'm hoping for a BFP soon, then I'd have to quit. Until then I'm just plugging away. We too are going to join the gym after Christmas. (PG or not) I too will re-evaluate paying for both after the 1st of the year.
