What to get DS for 1st Christmas?

I can't figure it out. I want something special but haven't found it or come up with any ideas. He has a ton of clothes. Toys come and go. We're looking for something timeless that will keep. If we had a girl, we would have done jewelry. But what do you get a boy? I'm thinking maybe a savings bond for later.

I'd love some ideas:) Thank you!

    What about one of the Wallace silver ornaments.  We got Mason one with his name and birth year engraved on it, he loves grabbing it off the tree and ringing it.  I have one for my birth year and the year we got married.

    We are giving DS (and if relatives ask what they should get him, we are suggesting the same) $$ for his 529 account.  The stock prices are so low, it's a good time to buy and the value should grow dramatically in the coming years.

    DS has so much "stuff" already.
