Anyone have Sam's Club Eddie Bauer or The First Year's Car seats?

We're needing to upgrade our carseat and was wondering if anyone has these.  I don't have the updated book that tells which seats are good vs. the not so good. 

If you have them, are you happy with it? And which one do you have?
