MOTY confession: She doesn't have a baby book! But I take photos constantly and with every milestone or doctor's appt I add words to a photo (her height/weight or a new skill, a new tooth or even bad things, like when she chipped her tooth). When she was little I did them for every new food, too, but I don't do that as much lately, only the "big" ones like peanut butter. Those photos are all saved separately so they're like a visual baby book. I also have taken her photo next to a giant teddy bear that DH bought the day we came home from the hospital. She was born on May 11th, so the 11th day of every month I take her picture with the bear to mark her growth. It's awesome to look through them!

I'm up to date for now...who knows because I'm usually not so dedicated with this stuff and her book goes all the way up to 5 years. Of course my MIL thinks I've been saving all her baby's first easter, christmas, thanksgiving, veteran's day, etc. cards in her baby book and I have not.

Unfortunately...no. I do type up a little sheet on the computer in Microsoft word every month (since she was a year) going through her milestones and things she says...or is interested in. I really wish I was better at keeping up at that stuff. I still look back at my baby book. Poor DD...I hope she doesn't hold it against me when she's my age.
Re: Poll - Do you keep up with your kids baby books?
VETERANS DAY? Really?
haven't started mine yet...
It is the ONE THING that I yearn to do. ?Just never seems to happen.?
