Full panel. I got a pair of the real waist jeans with the panel and they look really funny because the real waist kid of bulges out and doesn't fit right.

I wear the real waist. I am having twins and from what I hear the panel will start to cut into your skin when your really big.

Full Panel - the real waist ones don't fit me very well, and I didn't find them very comfortable.

full panal jeans....but don't pull them up by the panal part b/c it rips easily but i guess that's what you get for paying 20 bucks for them!
