Congrats!  I did the same thing.  I had DS in January, finished my degree in May, and have been a SAHM ever since!

Oh good job!  Its a great feeling to know that you finally made it to the end.  It was a weird feeling but a fantastic one.  Its amazing, felt like it took forever and my graduation was already almost 4 years ago.  Scary!

"Just to be a SAHM"  I don't know about you, but I think being a SAHM is a pretty great thing to be.  I think being educated helps tremendously and you will only have a baby for 18 years, you will have your degree for a lifetime.  Congrats!

I would not want someone who had no greater aspirations than a GED taking care  of my child 30 to 40% of the time.

Honestly, some people want to be the working woman, I will enjoy my maternity leave being a mommy.  I am not one of the women who live to work...I would much rather be a SAHM than anything in this world.
