Frick my back hurts :(

The last couple of hours at work nearly killed me! I have a pinched nerve/and or muscle knot near my right shoulder blade, and damn does it hurt!

Ugh...I'm sitting with my heating pad on my back and resting in bed...I need some relief SOON!
