You're using Mandela as a girl's name? As in Nelson Mandela?
Yup, we wanted to name our first after him but didn't like the name Nelson much. We thought Mandela sounded much more feminine. Her middle name is Rose, so right now we're calling her MandyRoo :-)
My biggest disappointment is that I cannot start my nursury until April. My Step Daughter is still living with us and is moving out after her 18th birthday in March. Her room is the future nursery. The only good thing is that the baby will be in our room in the cradle for 6 weeks. That will buy us time.

We love the crib. It's really solid, all wood, and feels like it'll last for ever. It looks fantastic in person too. And no moving parts, so I don't have to worry about recalls on those drop sides. I recommend it. Thanks for the love, y'all! We're really happy with it.
I love it. I love when people are creative enough and can make a nursery pull together with all unique pieces. Great Job. You should put it on HGTV Rate my Space

I think that's the same furniture we're getting, though we're thinking of going with the solid espresso crib.

I will have to wait till I get home because facebook is blocked at work.

It was at Ikea for $60 or 80, can't remember exactly. It's great.
