So up until this last week my son has slept on his back, but now that he is rolling over (back and forth) he is choosing to sleep on his tummy. Everytime I put him down, I put him on his back but he always rolls over in his sleep now.
Should I just let him sleep?

DD has started to sleep on her side most of the night. I'm just waiting for the moment that I look on the monitor screen and she's rolled all the way onto her tummy...
Not stupid at all, we are faced with the same thing right now.
She starts on her back, rolls to her side, and then I find her on her stomach. But she's got her face turned. We have the angelcare monitor and I check her like a million times a night!
I have been told if they are smart enough to do this, they know enough to turn their head to the side, and she does that.
It's a never ending battle at my house right now. He turns to his stomach, I flip him back.
Rinse and repeat all night.
I think he is going to win this first battle of wills.
