Help!! My boobs will explode!

SH*T! I am at work and went in to the back to pump and realized I don't have the plug!!!! I have another five hours of work and I am already full to the brim! What the helll do I do? I don't think hand expression will do the trick. Should I just go home????

dude! i'd go home... you don't want to explode at work! plus, you don't want to skip a pumping session and mess up your supply. i'd go home.

I forgot the plug on an overnight trip to my ILs, and I did express about 4oz with my hand. I was actually suprised at how quickly it came out. (Don't get me wrong, it's probably going to take you 20 minutes to get any relief, but it is possible.) If you aren't TOO far from home it would probably be worth it to run home and pump there or grab your plug though.

OMG, go home! One day of missed pump sessions can mess you up for weeks! I had to start supplementing last Tuesday b/c of a bad weekend. It's taken me about 3 weeks to get my supply back up enough to stop supplementing. It's been awful!
