DH and I are proud to announce that Evan Andrew and Brandon David were born on Friday night at 32+ weeks via c-section. ?They were 3lbs 4oz and 4lbs 2 oz respectively. ?They will be in the NICU for a few weeks, but the doctors say that as long as they keep gaining strength the way they have been over the last few days that they should be just fine. ?Needless to say, we are ecstatic. ?I finally got to hold Evan on Sunday night - it was so hard just to watch him through the incubator glass and not be able to pick him up. ? We are still waiting for Brandon to be stable enough to be held. ? The silver lining in this cloud of waiting to bring them home is that I will be allowed to heal significantly before they get home. ?Please keep our little guys in your prayers and thank you in advance for al of the support that I know I will get from you wonderful ladies.

oh wow! ?congrats. ?you might want to jump over to the preemie board...the girls there are wonderful and if you have any nicu questions they're full of information. ?feel well and enjoy being a mommy.oh, i see you're in NJ, my babies were at st barnabas. ?where are your boys?

good luck on your boys they sound like they are doing great we will keep them in our prayers.. congrats on becoming a mom it is such a great feeling. good luck with healing from the c-section iam also recovering from having an emergency c-section a day before thanksgiving.
