I was asked to come into the office this week as much as possible. On Wednesdays and Fridays I have other obligations, so I am working Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. They are pleased. I already have a childcare swap worked out with one of the preschool moms to watch Tillman on Mondays every other week and I watch her boys on Wednesdays. She is willing to watch Tillman two Mondays in a row. I asked another preschool mom to watch Tillman on Tuesdays and Thursdays (this is only for two weeks). She had mentioned to me several months ago that money was a little tight and she was considering watching a couple kids to supplement. I told her I would pay her and make it worth her while. So, what do you think is enough? I would love to pay her tons, but I don't want it to cancel out the extra money I am making by coming into the office. She is going to watch him from 8-5 on Tuesday and Thursday, but Thursday she'll have a two hour break while the boys are in preschool. I was thinking of paying her $300 which would be $75/day or $8.33/hour.

TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.
Re: Do you think this is enough (worth it)?
I think that sounds high, as for a baby/toddler under 2 we pay $45 a day and it goes down as they get older.
But if you are paying her that much as a thank you for a last minute thing and just want to help her out during the holidays, then that's great.
