I have no tips because it just sux... I get several handfulls of hair each time I shampoo. I've started to have to pick the clumps off of the shower drain (ew).
The only tip I have is to keep a lint roller handy... After I blow my hair dry I have to lintroll my entire body 3 separate times to get it all off...
I've give up on actually fixing my hair. I put it in a ponytail and brush several times a day to try and get all the loose hairs out. I can't stand them falling all over me and DD during the day. I'm shedding more than my cats!
Re: Post Pregnancy Hair Loss
I hear ya on that one! I have very thin hair to start with so I can't afford to lose anymore.
I try to brush it less, let it dry naturally. That's all I can figure.
