Ever since I tried pumping

I've been a little sore when I nurse baby Iris.  I don't think that's normal.  And DH wants me to pump more so we can go to his company xmas party on Friday, but I really don't want to pump anymore right now.

Not sure if you have a manual or electric, but any time I've had that happen it turned out that I had the suction up too high.

I have a manual pump.

They say to turn the pumping up to where it's uncomfortable and then turn it down a notch from there.  Try that?!
