I have it and don't have any complaints. The one I ordered only came with one hand held monitor, but I'm not sure if there are other packages out there. The sound is great! I keep it on the lowest setting at night and can still hear DS's peeps.
I love it! I can hear the kid peep without the monitor, but this way I can see if it's a dream noise or fart cry or if he really is ready to get up. I did get a little interference yesterday, but I think maybe my neighbors have one too, so if it happens again I'll just change the channel.
I love it for the video but the sound has a little hum. I had heard very mixed reviews on it so I bought mine at Walmart so if I had issues I knew I could return it. I am keeping it though. I don't keep the sound on, ds's room is right next to ours and I can hear him when he cries.
We have the 2.5" screen version of this monitor (we got it brand new on ebay). I love it!
I have 2 complaints:
1. Sometimes the handheld is really static-y if you walk in front of it? I have no idea why. I called once to see what was up with that and they told me that sometimes it can pick up interference if it's too far or too close to the camera? (which makes no sense to me...)
2. From keeping it plugged in all the time, the battery seems to go dead pretty quickly (only a few hours). But that was my fault from having it plugged in all the time I think.
Mine only has the one hand held monitor. The sound is a little iffy, you have to play with the control to get the sound to work. Other than that, I love it - I like being able to see what he's doing in there (he's a very busy sleeper).
