Manufactured homes?

Has anyone purchased or dealt with homes such as this one?

We have toured this particular home and really love it but it seems a little too good to be true...

    I have not worked w/ that manufactured home dealer but I have worked w/ a lot before.  Please be careful and read EVERYTHING.  I found in my line of work that dealers tend to be like used car sales men and they will do anything to get you into a house.  Also, is the house bolted down onto a slab or is it just anchored.  In high winds and rains the house can get some damage b/c it is not a stick built home.  HTH!
