Update on Job Situation...

I found out who got the job.  It's a girl who has been working for the company for 2 1/2 years... RIDICULOUS.  The job 'required' 5-10 years experience and this girl has less than 3.  I'm so fed up with it. A friend of mine applied for the same job and didn't get it and she is much more qualified than the girl that got it.  But the good news is that I was having some weird issues with my friend applying for it and I'm secretly really glad that she didn't get the job either (is that awful of me?).  At least we can commiserate together about it.

I"m thinking of applying to another company.

 Then I heard from my manager and he gave me some nice remarks on my performance review and alluded to definitely finding me some more work to get me a promotion.  

So - I guess I'll wait it out for a while.
