Who had pp bleeding for 6+ weeks?

Seriously? Seriously!?

I am getting so sick of this! My OB started me on bcp at 2 weefks pp and I don't know if that is causing it to be messed up, if I;m just a crappy healer, or if I even possibly started my period? I recall a period where my lochia turned brown and then white and then red again, but it seems weird to start my period while on the pill. I had my 6 week checkup and he didn't seem concerned that I was still bleeding and said that everything look/felt fine.

Am I alone in my misery?

I was.  I had a week off, then i had heavy spotting off and on for several days.  My Dr took blood to verify it wasn't a thyroid issue but everything came back fine.  Even now I still have a few blood spots every once in a while.  I am BF and not on BC if that makes a difference.  I figure I don't mind the bleeding as long as its not accompanied by cramps.

Me!  8 weeks.  It was not cool.  I did the same thing as you.  Red, then white, and I thought it was over, but then WHAM!  Bright red again.  It wasn't AF either, because once that was over I didn't bleed anymore until I started AF this month.

I did.  I thought it was gone around 6 weeks, then the next week it came back for a few days and now I'm still spotting.  They did an u/s to see what was wrong, but it came back normal.

I bled on and off for almost 8 weeks!  I was SURE that AF had returned even though I was EBF.  I haven't seen AF yet and I am 6.5 months pp.
