Recommend your fav 100% cotton sleeper

My LO has MAJOR excema issues, I think (fingers crossed) that we are finding a way to manage his skin to at least reduce irritation.  Part of my "method" is to clothe him in 100% cotton at night since it's a breathable material.

We were using blanket sleepers and i think it was too rough on his skin.

Any suggestions would be great!  Right now I've got him in a long sleeve onesie and pants but that's too much for late night changes.

Even better, if you've got a brand that has snaps on both sides, you are my hero.  I hate Gerber brand, by the way.

(How picky do I sound...uggh!) :)

  • I got some at COstco.  They are Pekkle brand I think.  I am pretty sure they are 100% cotton.  They have both zippers and snaps down both legs.  They are also hella cute.  They don't seem to shrink too much either after washing.

  • We use Halo SleepSack wearable blankets for DS.  They're 100% cotton and SUPER soft, and they're also available in 100% organic cotton.  BRU carries them and are a bit pricey (~$20), but they're totally worth it.  DS uses the newborn swaddle version for right now, but we've stocked up in all sizes for when he gets bigger.  These things are a godsend!

  • Oh, and the Halo sleepsacks zipper up the front.  We put DS in a long sleeve shirt or onesie - no pants.  It makes nighttime diaper changes super easy and quick.
  • I LOVE the long sleeved/legged one-pieces from Kohl's; the brand is First Moments. ?Ian lives in them and they come in a lot of cute designs, and they don't scream "PJ" so he can wear them out too. ?Plus they're always marked down which is awesome. ?3 of the 4 we have snap all the way down the legs on both sides. ?He's actually wearing one in the siggy pic.
