We have a program we use to make our construction schedules.  It's probably 10-15 years old, and it's a piece of junk.  As much as I hate it, I've become the office go-to person when it messes up or someone doesn't know how to do something.

I've spent the last 15 minutes staring at it trying to remember how to change the header.  This is possibly one of the easiest tasks in the whole stinking program.  :head desk:

I finally had to ask someone.  The first person that came along is the most computer illiterate person in the company.  He was able to tell me off the top of his head without even looking at the program.

I'm going to give myself a FAIL for that one.
