Well for me it was definitely a can't miss it kind of thing.  But I have heard that some women don't even notice it.

With my first I never lost mine.  With Kate I lost it 3 times but never actually went into full blown labor.  Figures.

 

It's pretty hard to miss.  It's like a HUGE chunk of snot.  Gross but true.

Yes, it's definitely not something you can miss.  I always thought I wouldn't know, but it's actually quite gross.

I couldn't miss mine if I wanted.  It was thick and bloody and it looked like a big blob of snot with blood in it.  I never saw anything when I was pg that looked like this.  I had the baby 4 days after I lost mine.
