Gifts from baby to grandparents?

What are you giving, if anything different? I am at a loss.

    We will just add Ian's name to the gift from both of us. ?We really can't afford to buy a separate gift to be from him only.

    I am going to do the handprint ornament. I am doing small gifts to family from DD, but our family is extremely small. My brother: a DVD, my mom: ornament, aunt: framed picture, other aunt: Garfield chia pet (she loves Garfield and cats...). 

    Most people do calendars or personalized items from Snapfish/Shutterfly.  While shopping at our local Hallmark, I saw a small photo album on clearance, it's one of those that have pages already decorated, you just add pictures. It's 'Best ___ Ever' and has stickers for mom or grandmom. I bought it for my mom from DD for mother's day. but you could use it for Christmas.  Other than that, I'm at a loss-but interested to see what other people suggest!

    I think we are only giving gifts from DS.  We are for sure giving digital picture frames.  Since DS was 3.5 wks early we have plenty of pics to load on it already!

    The handprint is a good idea. It was on sale at BRU a few weeks ago and I bet they are all gone.

    We're doing the same thing. We had to do a minimal Christmas this year.

    We're giving a few ornaments (a "grandma" ornament from Hallmark and a handprint ornament - they have those at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $10 btw), a photo mug, and a photobook from Kodakgallery.

    We're pretty much only giving baby pics to both sets of grandparents this year. Some or all of those will be labeled as from the baby. 

    I mean, really, my mom knows the 10 week old didn't actually buy her a gift, you know?

    We got cute little brag books for the grandmas and said they were from DD. Its both of their first grandchild and they keep saying they are too young to be grandmas, so we thought it would be funny. Doesn't brag book scream granny? =)
