Diaper Bag question

So...while looking online I noticed some diaper bags are for 2-4 y.o. Any reason? Can you still use it for an infant? I'm just curious...I would think diaper bags would be made from birth and up.

Re: Diaper Bag question

  • Hmm...not sure.  As a baby I carried much more stuff - blanket, pacis, diapers, cream, wipes, bottles, hand sanitizer, change of clothes, hat, changing pads, bags for dirty diapers, etc.  As he got older I had to add snacks.  But, by age 2, I would just throw a diaper and small thing of wipes in my purse and go.  Maybe are the 2-4 ones just a lot smaller?

  • that seems strange?  i've never heard of that?

seems like mommies carry diaper bags with a newborn, then tend to just have a large purse once the kid is up and walking?
