xp: gifts for 1 y.o. @ xmas/bday???

DS bday is on New Year's Eve. 

I've pretty much exhausted all my toy options when people ask, so what else can I tell people what DS needs when they ask?  My step mom emailed me tonight w/ that question.

    we are running out of ideas too for Christmas...how about some letters of his name for his room?? I don't know, it's something different...Fisher Price Nativity set?? Alphabet mat?

    TTC# 2 since February 2010 - BFP #1 Sept 2010-(5mg Femara, 1500mg Met, Ovridel) Missed M/C at 10w2d, discovered at 13w2d, D&C at 14w

    BFP # 2 - February 2011-(1500mg Met, HCG Injection) Missed M/C at 10w1d, discovered at 10w3d, D&C at 11w...RPL testing came back all normal.

    Trying again. June 2011 - Clomid/1500 mg Met / Baby Aspirin - BFFN!

    July 2011 Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

    August 2011 - Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p

    September 2011 - Puregon/ 1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - BFFN!!!!

    I told my mom to get diapers. boring but practical. I also think a gift cert to my mommy and me class would be great!

    well, since the boys just had their party a few hours ago, their gifts are still fresh in my mind. they got some chunky wooden puzzles, a LOT of those soft tonka trucks, a baby bee bop band (parents brand), some of the leapfrog fridge toys (fridge farm, fridge dj, and another one), a fisher price laugh and learn home, some ride-on toys, a cozy coupe, a fisher price rocking piano thingy...

    geez, just come over to my house to play and save your house from being overtaken by toys.

    DS bday is two days after xmas. ?I asked for xmas stuff that was 12 months and bday stuff that was 18 months plus. ?That way we could spread out the stuff over the year and we wouldn't be so screwed in the summer. ?Good luck!
