    I have never once (in nearly two years on BOTB) heard of someone saying that TCOYF was NOT helpful. Even if you don't decide to chart, it is a wealth of knowledge about the female reproductive cycle that will definitely dispel rumors and fill in the huge gaps that high school sex-ed classes left.

    GL!! Oh, and if you have more questions, fertilityfriend.com has tutorials that are super helpful, too.
