25 wks sore breasts

Question:  I have a point specific pain in my left breast, kind of near a visible vein (well they are all pretty darn visible, now).  It is a stabbing pain, but not horrible.  This morning when I woke up, it seemed like the lower half of both breasts look pink and splotchy and this a small purple "mark" near where the point specific pain is located.  I am waiting for a callback from mw, but I am curious if anyone has any experience with this?  TIA
