My children are evil geniuses and have figured out their fail-proof Get Out of Nap Free card. If they soil their diapers they can get up. I swear they hold it in and wait for nap time. Ben, with his limited speech somehow taught this trick to his little sister, too.

I tried just bringing in the diaper change stuff today(that usually works) but Ben figured out how to up his game. He looked at me with puppy-dog eyes and said in the saddest voice imaginable "Mommy. My tumach weely hurts". It's pretty sad when a three year old outwits you.

My kid does this after his bath and after he's in in pj's to delay going to bed at night.  They're smart little suckers, eh?
