S/O Potty training strange story

A friend of mine was doing a teaching internship thing at an elementary school.  There was this boy who was 7 years-old and refused to use the bathroom at school.  Only would go to the bathroom at home.  If he could not hold it...he would just go in his pants.

She talked to his mother and she said her husband is the same way.

How do you go through life not using the bathroom outside your house?  Why does a woman marry a man who pees his pants?  Why does she allow her son to be like that too?

I couldn't imagine that though, It sounds crazy and seriously what the heck is wrong with the husband that he would do that? Yeesh.

My boss won't use the bathroom at work unless it is absolutely necessary.   But she doesn't go in her pants!
