I think he will get the maximum because they are going to make him "pay" for being aquitted before....

I personally don't feel that jail is payment for death....I like the eye for an eye mentality when it comes to death and murder.  Even then, though, it doesn't "pay" for any wrongdoing nor does it really ease any pain and suffering.
