maternity pics yay or nay?

I feel like I've waited too long and am too big now.  I just dont feel like that cute pregnant person anymore. 

I'm worried that I will really regret not getting them done though...

YAY! I got mine done at about 34 weeks. Its not to late! Get them done! I'm SO glad I did.

Most of the photogs I know do them anywhere from 32-36 weeks.  I'd suggest getting them in ASAP!

I'd get them done   I purposefully waited until I was 33/34 weeks - I wanted the biggest belly I could have before I dropped and things got ugly

yay! ?I did mine at 36 weeks. ?I thought it was a little silly right after we had it done but now that I miss my pg belly, I love looking at them!

Do it!  I didn't and I regret it.  I'd love to be able to show Tillman pictures now and say, "That's when you lived inside my tummy."

I had mine done at 35 weeks. I have a friend whose photographer will do them as close to your due date as possible. She was like 39 weeks when she got them done...

It's okay, you're still a cute pregnant person! :-) If you're worried you can't get them done by a nice place, I had mine done at JCPenney and they turned out much better than I expected.

I think it sort of depends on how into pg pics you are.  I wasn't and don't regret not doing pics but then again pg pics just aren't my thing.

I didn't do them, and I don't regret it, but I also did not enjoy pregnancy.

If I were thinner to begin with, I TOTALLY would've done it.  However, I'm not so happy with my weight so I didn't really want to document the extra poundage.    I did have DH take a few pics throughout though.  I have seen some girls get them done with absolutely beautiful results!  I say do it!

There are quite a few aspects of pregnancy that aren't great (okay, who am I kidding, they suck sometimes), so my goal is to do as much fun stuff as possible, and that involves maternity pictures. There's no other time in my life that I can think of that I've loved my belly this much.

So my two cents...talk to a photographer (or studio) and get a feel for it.

I got mine done around 35wks.  I never got them done w/DD cause I felt I was too far along and regretted it.  So I got them donew/#2.  I love them.  Spacystaci did a great job.  My favorites are on her blog...

I vote Nay 'cause although I'm a huge photo-person, pro maternity pics are not something I would display in my home, so I skipped them. I have pleny of preggy photos I can show my son.
