DeQuervains wrist brace?

anyone get a wrist brace for this? if so recommend yours? the wrist pain got way worse in the past few weeks but I don't wanna see my doc until I'm done bfing as I figure they'll just want to do a shot or surgery or something or physical therapy (no time) and don't want to do that stuff while bfing. I'm hoping to just immobilize the wrist and thumb and maybe it'll ease up enough to make it another 4-5 months.
