So frustrated!

DS finally had two teachers that I really liked, one that I loved.  One had been out a lot and I asked the one that I really really love where she had been and she said that her kids have been sick with RSV one after the other.  She said she wasn't sure what was going to happen with her.  I told her that as long as she was still there that all was good because we really enjoyed having her as DS's teacher.  She is so good with the kids and really treats them with love and kindness.  She's always so happy around the kids and just wonderful overall.  I even made it a point to tell the director on my way out that we really loved this particular teacher and they needed to do everything possible to keep her happy so that she stays. 

I should have known by the tight smile and really no response to my comment that something was up.  DH just called me and told me that my favorite teacher quit.  UHHH!  The director told him they did everything they could to get her to stay on but she got a job offer that she couldn't refuse. 

I'm so sad.  Finally get two teachers that are great with the kids and then they're both gone.
