My favorite verse!
That's the problem --- I *think* I AM on track! I tracked what I ate yesterday --- went over by 2 points however earned 9 activity points (so really, used 2 of my 9 activity points).
Tracked what I ate the day before --- 28 points (I'm allowed 32).
Are you working out? If so, you're gaining MUSCLE, and muscle weighs more than fat, so there you go! By the way, I go through the same thing from time to time (b/c I get on the damn scale). If you're doing all the right things and people are telling you that you look thinner, listen:) You're obviously losing inches and that doesn't always show on the scale. Go by how you look rather than what the scale says:)
So if you feel thinner, and it shows in the way your clothing fits, then why do you even step on the scale? Honestly, I'd get on it once a week at the most. Put it in the closet and forget about it the rest of the time. It's only going to mess with your head.
Ignore the number. Big pants are better than number on the scale. I've actually gained 5 pounds since I've been running heavily in the past 2 months, yet, dropped two more pants sizes and a bra size.

Muscle does weigh more than fat, but it takes up less space so you will be thinner. Great work and you are an inspiration to many of us!
Re: I just have to say it --- I FVCKINGHATE the scale!
Good weeks and bad weeks. Get back on track right. this. second.

My pants are big.
My mom said I look like I'm getting skinny.
The scale --- I gained!
Well, the scale says I am losing weight, yet my pants STILL don't fit. Funny, they used to fit when I was this weight before the baby.
So I would rather be in your shoes with big pants and no scale movement.

I'll take that, over the number, ANY day!
