He woke up from a nap an HOUR ago, and has basically been melting down ever since.
It can't be his ear infection... he's got Motrin, Benadryl and Omnicef on board, and the next doses aren't due for about 3 hours.
Offers of food and drink and cartoons are all met with disdain.
<sigh> I really don't need this this week.

Ugh, those are the worst afternoons around here. Everything is wrong even though nothing is wrong. On the bright side, maybe he is just getting it out of his system now so that he is an angel next week when his sister gets here
It could be the omnicef.
Benjamin couldn't handle that antibiotic when we were going through his back-to-back ear infections. The only time he took he was miserable.
I choose the 'ignore' method. Stop offering him things. Just don't talk to him and he will come around.
