Some things - he's hilarious about Santa. He calls him Hoho and is in general, obsessed w/ him. I'm hoping that means he'll visit him this year instead of freaking out.
He also likes the nativity story we read and says baby a lot about Jesus.

My almost 2 year old doesn't, but then we haven't talked about it or put up any decorations yet. I think she'll be bewildered by the tree and Santa but will quickly catch on to unwrapping presents. I'm sure next year she'll be asking a lot of questions and will be able to mostly understand the answers (as long as I don't go too deep into the religious aspects of it, of course!).
I think she is starting to figure it out. We have talked about Santa bringing presents, and she knows sho Santa is in her books. She LOVES the Elf on a Shelf, and she is really into opening the door on the Advent calender. DH is hanging the lights on the house right now, and we still don't have a tree or any decorations in the house yet.
Surprisingly yes. She knows who Santa is and that he's coming in a few weeks and brings presents if she's a good girl. She knows that we're getting a Christmas tree this weekend and that we will decorate it and presents go under it. I'm amazed at how much she knows. Its very cute. She even looks at store ads and says, "i want this for christmas". LOL

She knows that Santa says 'ho ho ho', does that count?

Not really. We did the advent wreath last night with quarters and he just wanted to open all the things to drop the quarters in his piggy.
