Divide and conquer!

I have been at my wits end with lack of sleep and dealing with 120 8th graders, so last night DH suggested we each take a girl and keep them with us. WHAT A GREAT IDEA! I took Audrey, who takes for freaking ever to go to bed, and she went almost 5 hours before her first feeding. DH took Natalie and only had to feed her once all night. I think we have our new sleeping arrangements.

That is how we handle the nights and it works out great for us.  Glad you got some sleep.  I haven't talked to you in a while...hope things are going well.

Yes it's such a great thing isn't it?  My DH and I tried this at 3 months and unbelieveably it was sooo easy with just dealing with one at a time. 

We still do this every weekend.  We'll split them up to give them space from each other.

Oh wow! This sounds like a great idea! I am so glad it worked for you! Where do you have them sleep? I presume you don't put them both in the nursery that way?

We have them sleep on the floor in their bouncers (they LOVE them) or on the bed next to us in their boppy (we fill in the donut hole with a receiving blanket so they can't scrunch down and suffocate). I take the master bedroom and DH takes the guest.

Yeah for sleep! You might start getting more sleep then I am now and my girls are not even here!
