Flipping out!

I am having horrible pain and I'm thinking that the ole kidney stones are back.  I've taken my prescribed pain meds and one wasn't doing anything, so I took two (full dosage).  Anyway, another freaking out factor is that I have Mirena and this is the first time I haven't gotten my period (this month).  I have flipped out and have taken two pregnancy tests.  Mirena is supposed to eventually cause no periods, but I still flip out! 

Anyway, I was looking up kidney stone symptoms and they say that etopic pregnancies have similar symptoms.  I sure hope that it's not this, but of course, at this hour (midnight), my mind is going everywhere. 

If things are not better by morning, I'm going to the ER.
