I just have to say that your recommendation for the Salsa Chicken was wonderful.  My DH is very sketchy when it comes to me making a new dish and he could not stop raving!!!  We even decided to go out with friends last night instead of eating this, so I turned off the crock pot (which had 2 hrs left to cook) put it in the fridge and then pulled back out for 2 hrs tonight to finish cooking!   YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!!
